If the tenant stays on for another year we don't have to re-advertise the property to find you another tenant so we don't charge you for renewal.
Repairs and refurbishment are costs which reduce your income so we don't reduce that any further by adding a premium to contractor's invoices to give us income.
Most tenants look for a home to rent on the internet or in the local property paper at a time convenient to them. We have a strong internet presence and receive many calls and emails everyday from tenants looking to rent from us.
Very few working people have time to browse agent's windows in town anymore so we don't feel that a High Street shop front is necessary to attract business. This keeps our costs low and means that we can pass on these savings to you and your tenants.
We are able to receive payments from tenants via online payment services and can also use this to pay you your rent quickly. We
receive the rent from the tenant, make any deductions necessary and pay you around three days working days later.
